• Gradient optimization minimizes solvent use and waste disposal, and results in fast run time and great purification, which achieves substantial savings on lab expenses also.
• Automatic Method Setup is designed to elute the sample at 4-column-volume position for the most efficient sample run, regardless of the column size and flow rate. Just enter the TLC info (Rf), and the optimum Gradient (Yamazen's proprietary "Rf Gradient"), which is equivalent to Rf 0.2-0.35 on the TLC, will be developed automatically.
• Choose a column, and the optimum parameter for the column will be calculated and set automatically.
• Automatic method setup is available with a wide variety of solvents including Toluene.
• The Green Flash gives the max sample load information – automatic scale up or down.

• Powerful UV detector: Can be used in a wide detecting range of AUFS 0.08-5.12, capable of detecting up to AUFS 4.0. There is neither peak saturation nor sample loss.
• Low concentration (slow) gradient: Polar B solvent as low as 1-7% or even lower is possible over the entire range of flow rate.
• Real time monitor of the line pressure ensures safe operation.
• When a sudden pressure build up occurs, pressure-moderating system (PMS) continues the run.
• A laptop computer or a PC can be placed on top of the fraction collector, or on the bench beside the machine, or outside of a fume hood.
