Green Flash Chromatography
Linear gradient is set with Rf value on TLC. (Rf gradient)
The optimum method can be automatically developed to elute the target compound at around 4-Column Volume.
Yellow arrow(s) predicts the eluting position of the target compound(s).
With the use of an Inject (Loading) Column, sample loading can be easily done without any sample loss. No cross contamination.

Yamazen's UV detector monitors chromatogram in a broad OD range.

It's possible to get a slow gradient from 1% to 7% of polar solvent.
A solvent delivery pump is of high precision medium pressure valveless ceramic piston pump, featuring infinite fine flow adjustments. The gradient at low concentration of solvent as low as 1 to 7% is possible, which is required when using a high polar solvent, like methanol, without pre-mixing.
Effective ceramic piston movement for maximum solvent and bubble clearing, assuring accurate solvent delivery. Bubbles produced by solvents that have low boiling points like dichloromethane will not affect pump.
Real Time Pressure Monitor
The precision pressure meter makes it possible to do real time monitoring of the pressure building up inside the columns. Pressure moderation system (PMS) protects disposable plastic column and glass column from bursting.
