High-resolution, high-load Flash ODS Premium columns exhibiting much higher resolution in sample purification than the conventional columns have been successfully developed with Yamazen's high-precision packing technology, packing columns evenly and tightly, using 30 um media.
Although they insure the high resolution in sample purification, they can be used as disposable columns, which broaden the range of reversed-phase flash chromatography.
They can be used not only for synthetic low molecular compounds but also for separation of peptides and natural products.
In addition, since the target compound can be obtained with a sharp peak, post-treatment such as dry solidification of the fractions can be done easily and efficiently.
